Yep, you're seeing it correctly... Campus Village at College Station is going to have the best outdoor attraction in aggieland - our Lazy River.
This $ .5M water feature will contain waterfalls, a bridge to the central island, and full motion movement for those who are just plain "lazy" enough to ride around in an innertube and relax while they enjoy friends, fun and sun.
ALSO, if you look in the lower left-hand corner of the rendering, you'll see our GIANT outdoor projection screen. With this screen, our residents will be able to view movies, concerts, televised sporting events, music videos, and much more!
